Arrival at Terry White Chemmart

Terry White Chemmart is located within the Wilsonton Shopping Centre on Bridge Street in Toowoomba. The shopping centre is large and mostly undercover with two supermarkets, and an array of specialty retailers and services. There are a number of accessible car parking spaces, close to all main entrances of the shopping centre, and there is also a large, undercover car park.

Access to the undercover car park is off Bridge Street and has 800 free car parking spaces. Entry to the shopping centre is through automatic glass sliding doors. The escalator on the left moves up to Terry White Chemmart, which is located next to the escalators near Woolworths and is adjacent to Lifeline.

Accessible car park for persons with mobility issues in the undercover carpark at Amcal Wilsonton. The accessible car park space is close to the automatic glass sliding doors with grey metal frames in the middle of the dedicated carpark. It can be distinguished by the large blue sign on the ceiling for Disabled Parking and the white logo over a blue background. On the grey and yellow column next to the accessible car park space is a Shared Zone sign with a max speed of 10 kilometers per hour.
Entry to the Wilsonton Shopping Center from the undercover carpark is via automatic, glass sliding doors with grey metal frames. On both sides of the front of the door are two narrow wood-like metal frames placed diagonally holding the two black signs for ‘Welcome to Wilsonton Shopping Center’. The carpark has concrete flooring and ceiling with numerous pipes and mechanical features.

Within Terry White Chemmart

Upon entering Terry White Chemmart, visitors pass by various displays at the entrance. The store is organised into four main aisles, each offering a diverse range of products including beauty items, baby and toddler essentials, vitamins and health products, household supplies, toiletries, and gift ideas.

Toward the back of the store, the pharmacy counter is situated, where customers can drop off or pick up prescriptions.  Adjacent to the right, there two inward-opening doors leading to the consultation rooms catering to vaccination, health and blood pressure checks, and medication reviews.

Near the entrance, on the right, the cashier's counter is located, featuring a small selection of sweets and snacks for sale.

Pharmacy & Prescriptions

The pharmacist is located at the back of the store and is available to supply prescription medicines and advise on the best over-the-counter medicines as well as generic medicines available to the customer. There is a designated location for 'Scripts In' where prescriptions are left with the pharmacist for dispensing as well as a designated 'Scripts Out' counter where the medicines are picked up once the order has been completed. 

There are a number of chairs in this immediate area which can be utilised when waiting for an order to be completed.
