Carpark

Reception

Activity Rooms 1 & 2

Dance Studio

The Dance Studio is located at the end of the hallway, past the reception and the Activity Room. The studio is a bright, open space with large windows allowing natural light to flood in. The walls are lined with mirrors and a stationary handrail, providing support for dancers during exercises.

The floor is smooth and dark, ideal for dance movements. The studio is equipped with fans, bright lights and storage boxes for personal items. The atmosphere is calm yet energetic, perfect for dance lessons. People are likely to be practising dance routines, walking, and enjoying music in this functional space.

Meeting Room

Multipurpose Hall

The Multipurpose Hall, located next to the reception desk, is a large area with glass windows that allow natural light and views of the surrounding greenery. The building has a mix of wood and brick elements. The hall can be divided into two sections and connects to an outdoor breakout area with barbecue tables and concrete seating.

A separate room contains a kitchenette with standard kitchen equipment. The space is used for events, meetings, or social gatherings and supports flexible room arrangements. The layout and features allow for easy movement across different areas.
