Inside, the space is open and well-lit, with wooden panelling and polished floors. Automatic doors allow easy access, and accessible toilets fitted with grab bars are located near the entrance. Carpark
The parking area is spacious, with accessible car parking spaces clearly marked. The surface is smooth asphalt, making it easier for wheelchairs and strollers to navigate. Meeting Room
The meeting room is the first room on the left as visitors enter the building. Access is through an inward opening door. The room features a long table surrounded by chairs, a TV screen, and a whiteboard. The room is brightly lit and air-conditioned, with a view of the carpark through large windows. The flooring is carpeted, providing a flat surface.
The architecture is modern with clean lines and a neutral color palette. People are likely to engage in meetings, presentations, or collaborative work. The atmosphere is calm and professional, with a focus on productivity.

Activity Room
To access the Activity Room from the main entrance, turn left and then take another left along the corridor through the automatic glass sliding door. The accessible bathroom is located on the left side before reaching the room. The Activity Room is entered through an inward-opening door. It is a large, mirrored space with high ceilings and a flat, dark floor, making it suitable for dance and movement activities.
Large bay windows allow natural light to enter the room, with black drapes that can be drawn to cover the mirrors when needed. A small kitchenette is available for refreshments, and a TV screen is mounted for instructional use. Bars are fixed to the walls to support dance activities. The room is designed to support structured movement, with people likely to take part in dance classes, rehearsals, or fitness sessions.

Multipurpose Hall
To access the Multipurpose Hall from the main entrance, turn left and then left again along the corridor. Proceed through the automatic glass sliding door, then continue forward and enter through the second inward-opening doors. The Multipurpose Hall is a large space with natural lighting from bay windows that face a carpark and lake.
The hall has wooden floors, a high ceiling with ceiling fans, and air-conditioning. A projector is mounted on the ceiling. Tables and chairs are stored along the side and can be arranged as needed. A small kitchenette is available for refreshments. The space is suitable for meetings, workshops, or social events.

Auditorium
The auditorium is a modern venue with seating for up to 400 people. The design includes wood panelling and smooth architectural lines. The space is equipped with audio-visual equipment for performances and events.
To the left, stairs and a lift lead to the backstage area. This area includes accessible bathrooms fitted with a shower and grab bars, and a dressing room. The backstage area can also be accessed from the right side of the building. The venue is used for performances, events, and backstage preparation. The environment supports audience engagement and performer activity.
