Arrival at White's IGA Peregian Beach

White's IGA Peregian Beach is housed in a low-set building constructed from concrete and glass with a green accent, and the facility name is set atop. The store is set on David Low Way and positioned within a community shopping village surrounded by retail stores including a coffee shop, a pharmacy and a liquor store. 

Two accessible car parking spaces are located towards the right of the store entrance, offering step-free access into the store. Be aware that during peak times, the car park may become full.

Moving around White's IGA Peregian Beach

White's IGA Peregian Beach is a thoughtfully designed grocery store. Upon entering, flowers, fresh fruit, and vegetables are found to the right, while to the left, an array of pastries and the gluten-free section lead towards a hot food section with lunch or dinner items available for purchase. 

Further inside, the condiments and meat sections are encountered before reaching six wide aisles filled with a variety of grocery products. A substantial part of the store's internal walls is occupied by continuous refrigeration and freezer units, dedicated to dairy, perishable, and frozen goods.

When you first enter White's IGA Peregian Beach, you'll notice to your right a selection of fresh flower bouquets, fruits, and vegetables. On the left is the bakery and pantry section with lots of pieces of bread and other baking needs.

Checkout at White's IGA Peregian Beach

At the checkout, service staff scan each product to calculate the total cost of the groceries. Items should be removed from the shopping trolley or bag, and each item is individually scanned before being placed back into the bag or trolley. 

After all items are scanned, the service staff member will ask about the preferred payment method, offering options such as credit card and cash. 

Assistance is available during the checkout process if needed; simply ask the friendly staff. The exit is through the same entrance used to access the store, via automatic glass sliding doors.

The ceiling in this specific section had thin, long, rectangular metal bars arranged parallel to each other and had spaces in between.
