Arrival
Technology Hub or T-Hub is located on Knowledge City Road in Hyderabad. The facility has suspended floors and sleek glass façades. A cobblestone driveway leads to the entrance, which may create uneven movement.
Access is available via a step or ramps with handrails on both sides. To the left and right, tall buildings and patches of greenery are visible. The area is active with construction sounds, traffic, and city movement. Visitors can be seen entering for business meetings, networking, or walking nearby. The environment is busy and structured, with a steady flow of activity throughout the day.
Entrance & Foyer
The entrance area has two identical entryways leading into a spacious foyer with a high ceiling and a mezzanine level. Manual inward-opening doors and revolving doors provide access, with metal detectors positioned for security checks.
Inside, is a central security reception desk, featuring a lower desk for seated assistance. Adjacent to the security reception desk are swipe pass turnstiles that guide visitors to the elevators, which are marked with a bright yellow letter “G”. Bathrooms are located next to the turnstiles. Seating areas are positioned in front of the elevators. The space supports efficient movement, with visitors checking in at reception, passing through security, and proceeding to their destinations.
Event Courtyard
The Event Courtyard is a large open space located beneath suspended floors, accessed through an outward-opening glass door from the foyer. The architecture includes ultra-high ceilings with glass and metal structures.
To the left and right are landscaped gardens with pine trees, surrounding the area. Wide, flat pathways that transition to cobblestone may affect movement. Despite being in a business district, the space remains quiet and shaded. Groups gather for outdoor conferences or events, with people standing, walking, or seated in small groups. The environment supports calm interactions and smooth transitions between activities.
Level 5
Level 5 is marked by bright red paint, making it easy to identify. The area features access to The Marvel event space and an external deck. The architecture is modern with sleek lines and a high ceiling adorned with geometric lighting. The floor is polished, enhancing the spacious feel.
Accessibility is prioritised with clear signage and elevators. The nearby café adds a sensory layer with the aroma of food and the sound of clinking cutlery. People are likely to gather here for events, meetings, or casual dining, creating a lively and bustling atmosphere. The emotional tone is vibrant and energetic.
The Marvel
The Marvel is a large conference facility with concrete walls and a ceiling fitted with geometric lighting. The space accommodates 250–300 people and supports multiple seating arrangements.
The Marvel is accessible by turning right from the elevator. There are rows of movable tables and chairs set in a classroom-style layout. There are vending machines that offers cold drinks. To the right, grey couches provide a relaxed seating option. Wide aisles run between sections, allowing smooth movement.
Clear signage supports navigation. Attendees are seated or standing in groups, engaging in presentations or workshops. The space is organised for formal events while offering flexible seating for various activities.
Level 5 Outdoor Balcony
The outdoor balcony, accessed from the elevator foyer or from The Marvel, offers a stunning view of the cityscape. The area is designed with sleek glass walls and polished stone floors, creating a modern and high-value atmosphere. The balcony is lined with tables and chairs, ideal for meetings or casual gatherings.
Accessibility is enhanced with wide pathways and clear signage. Visitors are likely to engage in conversations, enjoy the view, or relax. The atmosphere is both impressive and calm, with a sense of importance.
Level 7 & The Pinnacle
The Pinnacle is a theatre-style venue across three levels, with tiered seating for up to 250 people. The design uses glass and wood, creating a structured and contemporary layout.
Access begins at Level 7, where a burgundy elevator in the lobby provides entry. To the left of the elevator, signage directs to wheelchair-accessible bathrooms fitted with grab bars. To the right, a clear path leads towards the main seating area. Inside, the lower level has rows of fixed seats, while upper levels are reached by a lift or stairs.
Attendees are seated or moving through the aisles, preparing for presentations or events. The space is arranged to support large groups and ensure accessible movement.
