Pittsworth Civic Pool Visual Story
Arrival & Entrance
The Pittsworth Civic Pool is located next to IGA on the main road in Pittsworth and features a mix of brick and glass. Parking is council-managed with angle nose-in spaces, though no accessible car parking spaces are nearby. From the car park, a step-free ramp leads to an inward-opening door and a compact reception area. The reception desk is directly ahead.
To the left, a pathway leads to the amenities. On the right, there is a kiosk selling snacks, drinks, ice cream, and goggles. A shaded seating area is on the left. Further ahead are male, female, and accessible toilets with showers, grab bars, a shower bench, hand basin, and a baby changing station.
Aquatic Centre
The Pittsworth Civic Pool's 50-metre pool is heated and offers numerous swimming options, catering to swimmers of all abilities. The swimming pool has 7 lanes and begins at 1.25m at the shallow end and gradually deepens to 2.85m at the deep end and is equipped with a ramp with handrail entry. This pool is accessible directly ahead of the entrance.
Moving further to the right is the Toddler Pool which is partially shaded and has seats available for parents and carers to sit and supervise. The pool is surrounded by grassy areas, shaded structures with tiered seating areas. There are ramps and an aquatic wheelchair available.
