Peregian Beach House Visual Story
Arrival & Entrance
Peregian Beach House is a 2-bedroom unit with a brown brick façade, located 100 metres from the Peregian Beach Village. Upon arrival, guests can park in the carport (Parking space #2). Parking on the grassed area is not allowed. Behind the carport is a gate leading to the recreation centre and tennis courts.
Proceed to the long driveway to the back, move up the 14 steps with handrails to a small undercover patio, and enter the house through an outward-opening door. Inside, the floor has a laminated timber design. There are wooden chairs positioned outside the entrance, and tropical trees and garden surround the area.
Living Area & Kitchen
Step onto laminated floors to an open-plan kitchen equipped with a small kitchen bench with sink, white cabinets, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and other kitchen essentials. On the left are the fridge and pantry. Moving through the wide space, the dining area is on the right with a six-seater dining table and pull-out chairs and around the kitchen bench are four metal stools.
Adjacent to the dining area is the living area featuring a three-seat couch, a floor rug, a beanbag cushion, and a sitting chair with books and a TV unit. A sliding door on the left opens out to the verandah. This area has an air conditioning unit installed above a bay window with a white brick interior and timber slats ceiling.
Bedroom One
Coming off the living area, the first bedroom on the right has a double bed with two side tables and bedroom lights, along with a bunk bed. A spacious wardrobe is positioned to the left of the bed. This room has access to the verandah via a glass door with black curtains for light control.
The floor has laminate, and the walls are white brick with a white ceiling adorned with wooden slats and a ceiling fan. The walls also feature framed beach-themed artwork and a round clock.
Bedroom Two
On the left-hand side of the living area, there is another bedroom with a double bed, two side tables, a wardrobe, and a mirror. The room has two large bay windows with curtain furnishings. The floor has laminate, and the walls are white brick with a white ceiling adorned with wooden slats and a ceiling fan. The walls also feature framed beach-themed artwork. The bedroom door has a lock for privacy.
Bathroom
The bathroom is located to the left of the living area, between the two bedrooms. It features a wide entry with tiled flooring and walls, and includes white cabinets with a double sink, a mirror, and a bay window above. The shower area is glass enclosed, with a double shower with a removable showerhead and two towel racks.
Next to the bathroom is a separate toilet area with a hand basin, mirror, ceiling light, and a small window allowing natural light. The space is modern, with a mix of white and grey tones, and ample natural light from the windows.
Upstairs Verandah
The upstairs verandah features a concrete patio with a step down from sliding glass doors. Overlooking trees and David Low Way, the space includes a timber four-seater bench and two outdoor lights covered by wire and timber frames. The verandah is supported by brick columns and has a wooden ceiling with exposed beams, secured by a metal railing.
There are two deck chairs and a wooden table with benches, providing a cosy and rustic atmosphere. The verandah is accessible from the living and dining areas and from one of the bedrooms.
