Morningside Panthers Visual Story
Arrival
Morningside Panthers is a sleek, modern building with a dark grey exterior, located on Oak Street in Hawthorne. It has a large parking area with accessible car parking spaces.
Surrounding the building are tall trees and lush greenery, creating a calm and shaded environment. A coffee cart sits beside a shaded walkway, offering drinks for visitors. A smooth, step-free concrete path leads from the parking lot to the entrance, where automatic glass doors welcome visitors inside.
Bistro
Upon entering through the automatic glass sliding door, a membership card swiping machine and an ATM are on the left. On the right is a grey wall with plaques showing the club's history and achievements.
Turning left leads to a spacious carpeted dining area with high tables and chairs arranged throughout. A long bar counter extends further to the left. Large windows provide natural light and views of the outdoor seating and sports field.
Going straight from the entrance and turning right leads to the female, male, and accessible toilets, which are equipped with grab bars, a hand basin, and a change table.
Patio
To access the patio from the main entrance, turn left. A bar counter is on the left, and at the end, an automatic glass sliding door leads to the outdoor patio. On the left is a vending machine for cold drinks and snacks.
Directly ahead, concrete steps with handrails lead to a covered space with additional seating. The patio has a bar and bistro area with movable tables and chairs under large shade sails. The exterior includes a white picket fence and a well-maintained lawn, designed for social gatherings.
Visitor's Changerooms
The visitor's change room is a low, white concrete building with a brick design. To access it from the parking area, turn left and follow the concrete pathway, with the outdoor patio on the right. The building has four doors, and the second door on the right opens to an accessible unisex toilet and shower.
Inside are a toilet and shower with grab bars, a bench, a mirror, and a hand basin. Moving around to the right of the building is a door that leads to an open-plan area with a kitchen sink, drinking fountain, and movable tables and chairs.
Further inside, a door opens to another large space with chairs, and turning left leads to a bathroom with stalls, toilets with grab bars, and showers.
