Entrance and Foyer

Downstairs Meeting Rooms

Conference and Events Hall

The Conference and Events Hall is accessed by turning right at the end of the foyer. Inside is a large space with wooden floorboards and basketball court markings. The high ceiling has exposed metal beams and large fans. A full-length mirror runs along one wall. On one side, roller doors open to a BBQ area and parkland, providing fresh air and direct outdoor access.

A bathroom and kitchenette is also available within this area. The hall is used for conferences, meetings, workshops, or community events. People may be seen arranging chairs, setting up equipment, or socialising in groups. The layout supports flexible use, with open floor space for various setups and clear entry and exit points.

Upstairs Meeting Rooms

Level 1 meeting rooms are accessed via stairs or elevator from the common foyer. A walkway lines the perimeter of the atrium, connecting a range of spaces. Some offices are leased short-term and display individual business branding and colours. A meeting room with tables, chairs, a whiteboard, and a projector opens inward from the walkway.

Nearby is the Activity Room, an open area used for various group sessions. Additional rooms include computer labs and short-term offices. Level 1 has split floor heights, but the elevator provides step-free access to all areas. Accessible bathrooms with grab bars are available. A small seating area outside the elevator offers space for visitors to wait or rest.
