Arrival and Reception

Camp Sites
Ivory's Rock features multiple camp sites, each with a distinct colour scheme. The camps are surrounded by natural bushland and include central amenities buildings with matching colour schemes. These buildings house bathrooms, showers, and laundry facilities.
Accessible BBQ areas are available at Green and Yellow camps. The structures are single-storey, made of metal and concrete, with step-free access. Pathways are gravel and grass, leading to the buildings with manual doors. The accessible bathrooms are equipped with grab bars and roll-in showers.
Brown Camp
Brown Camp features a single-storey amenities building with a brown colour scheme, situated near Ivory's Rock. The structure is made of metal and corrugated iron, with a spacious grassy area surrounding it.
Accessible pathways lead to the building, which includes a step-free entrance and accessible bathroom facilities with grab bars and a shower seat. The open pavilion nearby has a red roof and metal sides, providing a sheltered space for gatherings.
Yellow Camp
The Yellow Camp features a single-storey amenities building with a yellow colour scheme. It includes an accessible BBQ area and bathroom. The structure is made of metal and concrete, with a flat roof. The site is surrounded by open grassy fields and trees, providing a spacious and natural setting.
Accessible pathways lead to the building, which has manual outward-opening doors. The interior of the bathroom is equipped with grab bars and a shower seat, ensuring accessibility.
Green Camp
Green Camp features a central amenities building with a green colour scheme, surrounded by open grassy areas. The single-storey structure is made of metal with corrugated iron and includes an accessible BBQ and bathroom. The site offers step-free access with paved pathways leading to the building.
The entrance has manual doors. The accessible bathroom is equipped with grab bars and a shower seat. Nearby, there are container-style accommodations with steps. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, ideal for social gatherings.
Grey Camp
Grey Camp is a serene campsite with a grey-themed amenities building. The single-storey structure is made of metal and features accessible facilities, including a step-free entrance and a spacious bathroom with grab bars. The site is surrounded by lush greenery, providing a peaceful atmosphere.
A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available. The open pavilion offers a sheltered space for gatherings. Parking is on grass, with a short path leading to the building.
Blue Camp
Blue Camp is a serene, low-set site with a blue-themed amenities building and position furthest from reception. The area is surrounded by lush greenery and offers a picturesque view of Ivory's Rock.
The central building is made of metal and corrugated iron with blue accents, featuring accessible bathrooms with grab bars and a shower seat. The site is spacious with open grassy areas and a covered shelter. The pathway is gravel, leading to the building with step-free access.
Orange Camp
Orange Camp, or 'Stockman's Camp,' features a series of single-storey accommodation cabins set among large gum trees. The cabins are made of metal and are painted green, blending with the natural surroundings. Each cabin has individual amenities, including a bed, desk, and air conditioning.
The camp is separated from other sites, providing a sense of privacy. The area is accessible via a dirt path, with step-free access to cabins. The atmosphere is calm and serene, ideal for relaxation.
Pavilion
The Pavilion is a permanent structure that is able to support up to 3,000 people. The area is paved and landscaped, with a central space for a stage and performances. Surrounding the central dome area are 29 temporary shops in a horseshoe arc, offering food, cafés, bars, and retail.
The venue is a series of single-storey buildings made of timber and metal. Pathways are paved, providing step-free access. The atmosphere is open and inviting, with extensive grassed green space and shaded areas.
Conference Hall
The conference facility is a single-storey, rectangular building with a modern design, featuring a mix of glass and timber. It overlooks the Pavilion area of Ivory's Rock. The approach is via a bitumen path through a lush, green landscape.
The entrance has wide, manual double doors, ensuring accessibility. Inside, the spacious hall is lined with wooden panels and equipped with rows of chairs facing a stage. The facility includes accessible restrooms with grab bars. The atmosphere is serene and professional, ideal for conferences.
Amphitheatre
The Amphitheatre offers apartment-style lodging with step-free access and accessible amenities in a two-bedroom style apartment. The main building is two-storey, made of concrete with wooden accents, and features accessible ramps.
The natural amphitheatre can host 4,500 people under shade sail covers. The arrival zone includes a paved path leading to the building with accessible parking. The entrance has a manual door. Inside, the reception area has a cozy seating arrangement and a kitchenette to the left. The atmosphere is calm and inviting.
Function Centre
The Function Centre is a single-storey building nestled in a wooded area, offering a serene environment for dining and events. It features five separate dining rooms, breakout rooms, and a commercial kitchen. The entrance has wide, manual wooden doors leading to a spacious interior with a wooden reception desk on the left.
The venue includes accessible amenities, such as a step-free entrance and accessible bathrooms. The dining areas are well-lit with large windows, providing views of the surrounding greenery.
