Arrival

Access is through a low metal gate. The pathway is concrete, leading to the pool area visible ahead. The entrance is step-free, ensuring accessibility. Parking is located nearby, with a clear path to the entrance.

Kids Splash Pool

The Kid's Splash Pool at Cotton Tree Aquatic Centre is positioned to the right upon entering the gate. It has a shallow pool with a 400mm depth, featuring a tipping bucket, colourful arches, and water elements. Large sails provide shade, and seating is nearby for supervision. 

Non-slip surfaces surround the splash zone to enhance safety. Moving further to the right is an accessible bathroom that includes a toilet, shower with grab bars, shower bench, hand basin, change table, and shower seat, meeting various needs.

Learn to Swim Pool

The Learn to Swim Pool is an 12.5m enclosed heated pool, with a temperature of 32 degrees, and a depth ranging from 0.9 to 1.2m. Access is available via stairs with handrails or a timber ramp, also fitted with handrails. Seating is positioned on both sides of the pool. 

The area has a low ceiling and is well-lit, with large windows offering clear views. The pool is designed to support safe and easy entry for all users.

To reach the pool, turn right from the entrance, passing the Kid's Splash Pool. Access is via stairs with handrails or a ramp with handrails. The entrance is through a manual sliding glass door.

50m Heated Outdoor Pool

The 50m outdoor lap pool is heated to 26 degrees, with a depth of 1.1 to 2m. It has step access with handrails for easy entry. To reach the pool, turn left from the entrance, passing the café on the left. A grassy hill on the left offers a seating area with lounge chairs, while shaded seating is available on the poolside.

25m Hydro Enclosed Pool

The 25m heated enclosed pool is set at 29 degrees, with a depth of 1.0 to 2 metres. It features stairs with handrails and a hoist for accessible entry. The pool is covered by a large, translucent canopy, creating a sheltered environment. On the right side, rows of colourful chairs offer seating. 

To access the pool from the main entrance, turn left, passing the grassy area with lounge chairs on the left and the 50m pool on the right.

Outdoor Fitness Equipment

The outdoor fitness area is situated on a grassed hill overlooking a 50m pool. It includes various exercise equipment for strength and cardio, such as two benches and a vertical column for stretching or bodyweight exercises. 

A large canopy supported by beams provides shade over the equipment. Benches for seating are positioned to the right of the pool. The area is bordered by greenery and enclosed by a chain-link fence with barbed wire on the right side. Flat, open spaces and clear pathways enhance accessibility.
