Carpark

Entrance
The entrance to this swimming facility is marked by a curved concrete building, surrounded by lush greenery and a well-maintained path. The architecture is functional, with clear signage promoting swim lessons. The entrance is open and accessible, featuring a wide doorway without steps, making it easy for wheelchairs and strollers.
Inside, a reception area is on the right, with a counter offering information and refreshments. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, with a sense of anticipation as visitors prepare for aquatic activities. A low black metal gate serves as the facility's entrance.
Café
The Café at Buderim Aquatic Centre has a snack bar with a stainless steel counter, offering light snacks and a coffee machine. Constructed with concrete and brick, the area provides a solid, functional space. To the left, there is ample undercover seating with colourful plastic chairs and tables.
Nearby, an ice cream freezer and shelves display goggles and swimming accessories. The space is open and airy, with a clear view of the pool to the left, making it a convenient spot for refreshments and relaxation.
25m Pool
The 25m Pool has a depth of 1 to 1.8 metres, with stair access and handrails for easy entry. Dive blocks are positioned at one end for swimming practice. The pool is surrounded by a concrete deck, with seating and shaded areas nearby for visitors to rest.
Directly ahead from the entrance, accessible pathways lead to the pool, along with step-free ramps for ease of movement. The water is kept at 27 degrees, providing a comfortable and relaxed environment for swimmers.
Learn to Swim Pool
The Learn to Swim Pool is 12.5m long and enclosed, with a depth of 1.2m. It is accessible via steps and a hoist, ensuring ease of entry for all. The surrounding structure is made of concrete and glass, and the pool temperature is set to 32 degrees. Seating surrounds the pool area.
To access the pool, turn left from the entrance. On the left, there is a shaded seating area, and the pool is positioned on the right. The entrance has manual outward-opening doors, and the pathway is step-free.
Accessible Toilets
To access the amenities, turn right from the entrance gate, passing the First Aid room and seating area on the right. The first door opens to the female toilet and changing room, equipped with multiple bathroom stalls, including an accessible stall.
The accessible bathroom includes a toilet, a shower with grab bars, and a shower bench. Outside, there is a spacious seating area with a bench, hooks for belongings, and a baby changing station.
Back to the corridor and adjacent to the female bathroom is the male toilet and changing room equipped with toilets and showers with grab bars.
