The facility is enclosed with fencing, ensuring safety and privacy. Shade sails cover parts of the outdoor area, offering protection from the sun. The facility is designed to be community-friendly, with clear pathways and signage for easy navigation.

Entrance & Reception

The Beerwah Aquatic Centre has a wooden façade at the entrance with clear signage. Bench chairs and bike racks are positioned nearby. The parking area connects to a step-free concrete pathway. Turn left, moving along the pathway, with a timber fence on the right and a metal fence on the left. At the end, turn left again.

The reception counter, with a wooden façade, is on the right, behind which a display rack holds snacks and drinks. Enter through a low metal gate. Further along, on the right, are male, female, and accessible bathrooms, equipped with a toilet, shower with grab bars, hand basin, and mirror. On the left is the splash pool.

Splash Pool

The Kids Splash Pool is a shallow, oval-shaped area with a mushroom water feature at its centre. It sits directly in front of the reception. A non-slip concrete deck surrounds the pool, shaded by large overhead canopies. Blue plastic chairs are placed around the edge, providing seating for guardians. 

A secure black fence encloses the area for safety. Nearby, a larger pool is visible, separated by the fence. Wide pathways from the entrance provide easy access for families.

25m Lap Pool

The 25m Lap Pool has a 10-lane heated pool, maintained at 27 degrees, with a depth ranging from 1m to 1.8m. It is surrounded by a spacious timber deck, with white plastic chairs and tables under shade sails. Clear lane markers indicate different swimming speeds. 

The pool has both stairs and a ramp with handrails for entry. Trees border the area, providing a natural backdrop. Ample lighting is available for evening use, with designated areas for various swimming activities. 

To access, proceed straight from the entrance, passing the amenities on the right and the Kids Splash Pool on the left, following the concrete pathway to the pool.

12m Heated Pool

The 12.5m Heated Pool at Beerwah Aquatic Centre is enclosed and kept at 32 degrees, with a consistent depth of 1.2m. A ramp with handrails ensures easy access. The surrounding area features non-slip paving, with a shaded canopy providing cover. A fence borders the pool, with clear 'no diving' signs visible. 

To access, proceed straight from the entrance, passing the amenities on the right and the Kids Splash Pool on the left, then enter through a small metal gate on the right. Plastic chairs are available for seating. The area remains quiet, suited for relaxation or therapy.

17m Heated Pool

The indoor pool area has a 17m heated pool with a consistent depth of 1.2m, maintained at 30–32 degrees. The pool is accessible via a ramp with handrails. Benches are placed around the pool for seating, and large windows allow natural light to fill the space. The non-slip rubber mat enhances safety, while overhead lights ensure the area is well-lit. Plastic chairs line the perimeter, offering extra seating. 

To access, head straight from the entrance, passing the Kids Splash Pool and the 25m Lap Pool on the left. Follow the concrete pathway to the low-set building, which houses the indoor pool, accessible through an outward-opening glass door.
