Central Driveway & Villas

This central driveway features a tropical resort-like environment with multiple two and three-story buildings made of concrete and painted in light colors. The architecture is modern, with open balconies and covered parking spaces. Palm trees, gardens, and lush greenery add to the serene atmosphere. 

A pool, secured by a metal fence is located nearby. The pathways are wide and paved, providing easy access for wheelchairs.  The atmosphere is calm and inviting, perfect for a leisurely stay.

Ground Floor Villas

The Ground Floor Villa features a modern, cosy vila with indoor and outdoor spaces. The concrete exterior has a small patio for relaxing. Inside, the spacious living room has couches, a coffee table, a large TV, and tiled floors. Two bedrooms are available: one with a queen-sized bed, the other with two single beds.

Both rooms have bedside lamps, wardrobes, and large windows overlooking the backyard. The bathroom includes a toilet, enclosed shower, and bathtub. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, and ample kitchen drawers, centred around a spacious island. Adjacent is a six-seater dining table. A laundry area with a washing machine and dryer is also provided.

Level 1 Villa

The Level 1 Villa offers a welcoming, cosy atmosphere, accessible via stairs with handrails and an inward-opening glass door. Inside, the spacious living room has a large sofa and a TV, creating a relaxing environment. 

The fully-equipped kitchen includes a fridge, cooking stove, oven, and ample cabinet space, adjacent to a six-seater wooden dining table. There are three bedrooms: two with queen beds and one with two single beds. 

Each bedroom is comfortable, featuring soft lighting. The balcony, furnished with a table and chairs, overlooks a lush garden and pool, adding to the serene atmosphere. This space encourages relaxation, cooking, and enjoyment of the peaceful view.

Pool & BBQ Area

The pool area is surrounded by tropical plants and palm trees, enclosed by a secure metal fence with a safety gate. Sun loungers line the pool deck, inviting visitors to sunbathe. Adjacent to the pool, the BBQ area includes a shaded canopy and stainless steel BBQ, along with tables and chairs for dining and socialising.

The buildings nearby are light-coloured with balconies that overlook the pool. There are wide and open pathways with clear signage providing direction to the facilities. Visitors can swim, lounge, or enjoy barbecues in this calm and leisurely space.
