Arrival at scout23

In front of the main entry to Venue 114 is a white road sign indicating a left turn only. A caramel-painted canopy with white metal bars at the edges gives shade to the crossing leading to Lake Kawana at the back. A number of cars can be seen at the under-cover drop-off area for guests' arrival.
Cemented grey pathway with yellow L-pattern lines in the middle leading to the back of the venue where Lake Kawana can be seen. Several overhangs can be seen above this pathway with a caramel ceiling cover and solid white steel archways. A part of the building is covered by glass walls with large posters of the amenities available at the venue.

A CCTV camera is also mounted to the caramel ceiling of the overhang of this part of Venue 114. Right beside the grey cemented smooth pathway is a land area covered with Bermuda grass. Entering scout23

Craftbeer Capital is one of the vendors inside Venue 114. A green, circular signboard with its brand name and logo is displayed next to the Sunshine East poster. Behind the signboard are a cooler box and a display table with fruits and beer cans. An automatic sliding door is open that leads to another portion of the venue.
Moving into the entrance area is a range of sky blue marketing flags on display advertising the Scout event. On the right side of the entrance is a retro van painted white and chocolate with a car plate 5NAP5, while on the left is a black stanchion with black ropes enclosing some parked bikes. Next to the retro van is a grey sliding gate. Artificial vines can be seen on the white metal archways on the ceiling.
Moving to the right is an expansive courtyard laid out in a circular fashion with a range of vendors providing food, coffee & tea, cold drinks, and other refreshments. Green rubbish bins for biodegradable waste and black rubbish bins for nonbiodegradable waste are placed right beside each vendor. A string of LED lights is hung above the entire area.
An open space with fresh air, natural sunlight, and a beautiful view of Lake Kanawa waters in the courtyard of Venue 114. There is a seating area with black chairs and wooden tables in front of the two food trucks serving the guests of the event. The food trucks are parked on a land area, while the tables are within the grey smooth, cemented surface.

Main vendor hall at scout23

The entrance to the main vendor hall can be identified by the full vine wall cover on the left side before the glass walls. Silver stanchions and blue lane ropes are placed to regulate the flow of guests upon entering the main vendor hall. Marketing posters, photography, and graphic papers are displayed in this area.
Directly ahead through open doors is the main vendor hall, which features highly polished timber floors and fluorescent downlights. This space is large but filled with a range of vendors featuring their products or service. A large array of bright and colorful marketing posters and materials dominate this area.
Aquaduck Sunshine Coast table inside the main vendor hall. Other vendor tables are also present. The artificial lights are reflected on the polished timber floors. A portion of the ceiling and upper wall is covered by square walnut and light brown covers.
Participating vendors are facing the central stage, accessible by a black staircase. On the upper left corner of the stage is a large projector screen and a black speaker. All the tables are covered by white cloth, and above them are different flyers and infographics from respective vendors.

Accessibility hub at scout23

The Accessibility hub is located on the ground floor next to the main vendor hall and is a quieter space with some seating and close proximity to the bathrooms. Wheelchairs are available in this hub. This area is also occupied by the Cérge team with dark blue tables and their brand icon showing a QR code. The ground level has dirty white floors and dark walnut wooden walls.
The space behind the large Craftbeer Capital poster is the entrance to Hall 2. The large poster of Craftbeer Capital is supported by grey steel tubes. Next to the Hall 2 entrance doors is where the Cérge team is located.
Opposite the Cérge team table is Spinal Life Australia. Their area can be identified by the slightly elevated white walls with random patterns of diamond shapes and lots of rectangular posters plastered on the black wall. Beside their table is a black rubbish bin, and next to it is a hallway with a fire exit sign at the top.

Accessibility break out room at scout23

'Real talks' break out room at scout23

Moving down the corridor from the 'Accessibility break out room', is the stairwell and lift which provides access to the second floor and the 'Real talks break out room'. The wall opposite the stairwell is white frames with rootlike designs. On the left side of the stairwell is a grey fire exit door.
Lift accessible at the Level 1 floor. On the right side of the elevator is a caution to not use the lift when there is fire. On the left side is a laminated rectangular board containing the lift limits.

Bathrooms and amenities at scout23

Upon entering the Unisex toilet, a baby changing station can be utilized on the left corner. There is also a wash basin with a mirror, a liquid dispenser mounted on the white wall, and two rubbish bins. The wall behind is painted blue-green.

Another toilet room in Venue 114. The walls are completely painted white which looks very clean. Similar to the other toilet room, it also has a wash basin with a mirror, a blue rubbish bin, a liquid dispenser, and a hand dryer mounted on the white wall. However, the baby changing station is located beside the toilet bowl and there is a painting hanging on the right wall.
