Robina Community Centre Visual Story
Arrival
Robina Community Centre is located on the corner of Robina Town Centre Drive and San Antonio Court. From the car park, access is available via stairs or a ramp to the left, both leading to automatic glass sliding doors at the entrance. Carpark
The parking area features a modern community centre with a vibrant green facade and clear signage. The architecture is sleek with concrete and glass elements. Accessible car parking spaces are available at the front, with clear pathways leading to the entrance.
A small roundabout helps manage traffic flow. The environment is calm, with views of nearby greenery and a lake. People are likely to be arriving, parking, and entering the building for community events or meetings.
Activity Room
Upon entering through the automatic glass sliding door, the Activity Room is located to the right. Entry is through a manual outward-opening door. The room has large windows overlooking a lake, allowing in natural light. It is equipped with trestle tables, chairs, fans, and a music system. Wooden floors and mirrored walls support a range of movement-based or seated activities.
The space is suited for workshops, dance classes, or group sessions. The environment is designed to support participation, with features that encourage social and creative interaction.
Multipurpose Room
Continuing down the hall from the main entrance, the second outward-opening door on the right leads to the Multipurpose Room. The room is spacious with large windows offering views of the lake. It has carpet flooring, green walls, and a ceiling fitted with fans and acoustic panels. Tables and chairs are stacked to the side and available for hire. A projector and tv are installed for presentations.
The setup supports various uses, such as meetings, workshops, or small events. The layout is arranged to support a calm and focused environment.
Kitchen and Accessible Toilet
From the entrance, the second inward-opening door on the left leads to the kitchen area. This area features a modern kitchen with sleek, grey cabinetry and essential appliances like a microwave, fridge, and hot water dispenser. The flooring is tiled, providing a clean and easy-to-maintain surface. Adjacent is an accessible bathroom with handrails and a changing table.
The environment is calm and functional, with clear signage and bright lighting aiding orientation. People are likely to prepare meals, enjoy breaks, or use the bathroom facilities.
Storage and 1.3 Meeting Room
From the entrance, the first outward-opening glass door on the left opens to a hallway with carpeted flooring. On the left side of the hallway are stairs as well as a lift that provide access to the upper level. On the right is a Changing Room. Further along the hallway is the storage room, accessed through a green outward-opening door. Inside the storage room are stacked chairs and trestle tables.
To the right, the hallway continues to Meeting Room 1.3. The room is carpeted and has a projector and tv screen, supporting activities such as meetings, workshops, or community events. The area is arranged for functional and flexible use.
Lifts
To access the elevators and stairs from the main entrance, turn left through an outward-opening glass door. The hallway has carpeted floors and is well-lit. The walls are painted in neutral tones with green accents. Clear signs and directories assist with navigation.
On the left is a staircase with handrails, and next to it is an elevator that leads to the upper levels. The space is designed for easy movement and access to offices or meeting rooms. Visitors are likely to pass through this area on the way to scheduled appointments or events.
2.1 Meeting Room
Meeting Room 2.1 is located on level 2. From the elevator, turn right into the hallway and enter through an outward-opening glass door. This meeting room features a modern design with glass doors and bright green walls. The room includes an oval table surrounded by ergonomic chairs, set on a carpeted floor that helps reduce noise.
Creative artwork adds a touch of inspiration, while a whiteboard and TV screen provide tools for presentations. The space is well-lit with natural light from large windows. People are likely to engage in meetings, brainstorming sessions, or presentations here. The atmosphere is professional yet creative, encouraging collaboration.
Kitchen and Accessible Toilet at Level 2
Coming out from the elevator, turn right then left through the hallway. The hallway has white walls, grey carpet, and clear signage. An inward-opening door on the left leads to the kitchen, which has a fridge, microwave, and bench space for meal preparation.
Adjacent is another inward-opening door to the accessible toilet, which includes handrails and a changing table. The area is well-lit with overhead lights. Visitors are likely to use this space for preparing meals or attending to personal needs.
2.6 Meeting Room
Coming out of the elevator on Level 2, turn right and follow the main hallway. An inward-opening door on the right leads to Meeting Room 2.6. The room has green and white walls and large windows with views of the lake. Inside are trestle tables, chairs, and a whiteboard.

2.3 Meeting Room
Coming out of the elevator on Level 2, turn right and pass the seating area on the right. An outward-opening glass door leads to Meeting Room 2.3. The room is compact with carpeted flooring and large windows that provide a view of the surrounding greenery.
Inside are trestle tables, chairs, a tv, and a whiteboard. A small sink and storage drawers are available. The layout supports presentations, group discussions, or small workshops. The windows provide natural light, and the carpet helps reduce noise, creating a quiet and focused environment.
2.2 Meeting Room
From the elevator on Level 2, turn right and continue through the main hallway. Turn right again. Meeting Room 2.2 is located at the farthest end of the hallway. The room is spacious, with carpeted flooring and sliding glass doors that open to a patio.
The layout includes simple decor and access to natural light. The space is suited for meetings, workshops, or presentations. The carpet helps reduce noise, supporting a quiet environment. The room’s design and location provide a calm and professional setting for focused discussions.
Auditorium
The auditorium is located in a separate building across from Robina Community Centre. The exterior combines glass and brick. Access is available via a ramp or steps from the car park. Entry is through an automatic glass sliding door. Inside, the lobby has patterned carpet and high ceilings.
On the left, an art gallery features displays from local organisations. Opposite the gallery is an accessible toilet with grab bars. On the right, a kitchen is positioned beside the main auditorium, which seats 545 people. The auditorium includes a stage hoist and change rooms. The space is used for performances, exhibitions, and events.
