The Pelican Park Group Fitness Pop-Up is on Frankston-Flinders Road in Hastings. The building is a single-storey industrial facility with a concrete and glass structure and a colourful façade. In front, a large parking lot is surrounded by pine and gum trees. There are two accessible car parking spaces near the entrance. There are step-free concrete pathways leading to a double automatic sliding glass door.
The environment is quiet, with occasional road noise. In this area, visitors park, take in the natural surroundings and enter for community activities. Bird and animal life contribute to the calm atmosphere.

Entrance
Upon entering through the automatic sliding glass door, a small seating area is directly ahead. A large mural decorates the wall, with indoor plants placed nearby. Turn left to another automatic glass sliding door that leads further inside. The space is well-lit and organised, with clear signage for orientation.
Inside, the reception area is directly ahead. A high-top reception desk with a light timber design is present and staff are available in this area to provide orientation and assist visitors.

Central Meeting Area
Moving straight past the reception, visitors will find a spacious area with seating. This central meeting room connects to various sections. The area is carpeted, with large glass windows allowing natural light to flood the space. Comfortable seating is arranged for people to sit and wait or engage in quiet conversations.
An accessible bathroom, equipped with a grab bar and a baby changing station, is located in a small corridor next to the reception desk. People are likely to be sitting, chatting quietly, or waiting for events, creating a relaxed and friendly environment.

Pelican Park Pop Up Group Exercise Room
To access the Pelican Park Group Fitness Room from the entrance, proceed straight and turn left. The Community Lounge is on the left, and the central meeting area is on the right. Access to the room is through an inward-opening door.
The Group Fitness Room is a spacious facility with large glass windows allowing natural light. The area has a polished wooden floor, suitable for exercise activities. One section of the wall has a large mirror, allowing participants to see themselves during workouts. People are likely engaged in various fitness activities, creating an environment of community and motivation.

Shared Kitchen
The Shared Kitchen area, also known as the Community Lounge, is accessible by turning left from the entrance. Access is through an inward-opening door. Inside, the floor features timber, and tables and chairs are arranged for seating. Further to the left, there is a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances.
To the left, an outward-opening glass door leads to an outdoor space that includes a small basketball court and picnic tables. This area is likely to be used for social activities, meetings, or casual gatherings.
