Foyer
Upon entering through the outward-opening glass door, a white reception desk with a lower, accessible section is on the left. The interior is modern and open, with wide corridors leading to several meeting rooms and a larger meeting area with glass doors.
The walls are light-coloured, and the ceiling features a distinctive pattern. Air conditioning provides comfort, while natural light streams in through large windows, creating a bright, well-lit atmosphere suitable for work and interaction.
Banksia Room
The Banksia Room, located directly ahead of the entrance, is spacious and modern, featuring foldable doors that open to an outdoor area, allowing for flexible use of space. The interior is equipped with fans and air conditioning, ensuring comfort.

Outside
This area, accessible from Banksia Room features a shaded concrete seating section with a side gate entry, leading to a grassed area. Store Room
To access the store room, turn right from the entrance and proceed straight to the corridor's end, where a door on the left opens to the storage room. Inside, the room has a concrete floor and plain white walls, illuminated by fluorescent lights.
A large metal roller door allows easy movement of items. Stacks of black chairs and white folding tables are stored neatly, suggesting the space is used for event furniture. A countertop with cabinets provides additional storage options.
The room is functional and orderly, suited for setting up, dismantling, or organising event supplies.
Accessible Toilet
