Skate Park
The Skate Park is near the large car park, which has three accessible car parking spaces and step-free access to the curb. Smooth concrete paths lead to the skate park and a half basketball court. The skate area includes ramps, rails, and painted surfaces. Two accessible bathrooms are nearby. The space is open with clear paths and room for movement. Visitors are often seen skating, playing basketball, or socialising. The area supports active use and steady foot traffic.
Carnaby's Café and Restaurant
Carnaby's Café and Restaurant is next to the playground and lawn bowls area. Entry is through an outward-opening glass door. Inside is a carpeted space with the bar counter on the left. The café has wide pathways and ramps, allowing step-free access. Seating is spaced out and lighting is evenly placed.
An accessible bathroom with grab bars is near the counter. Outdoor seating is set along maintained lawns and shaded by trees. The building uses metal, glass, and wood in its structure. Visitors are often seen eating, talking, or resting. The space is suitable for families and groups, with views of nearby activities.
BActive Health Club
The BActive gym is a spacious, modern gym located upstairs, accessible via stairs or an elevator. The architecture features sleek lines and a mix of concrete and glass, creating a bright and open environment. The gym offers over 1100 m2 of training space with top-notch equipment, a stretching zone, and experienced coaches.
Accessibility is prioritised with an elevator, wide corridors, and accessible change rooms with showers. Visitors are likely to engage in various fitness activities, from group exercises to individual workouts. The atmosphere is energetic and motivating, with a focus on health and wellness.
Football Stadium
The football stadium at East Fremantle Community Park includes a large field and tiered seating. The building is made of concrete and metal. Access to seating is via stairs with handrails or an elevator. Wheelchair seating areas are clearly marked. An accessible bathroom with grab bars is located at the end of the building.

Sumpton Green Community Centre
The East Freo Playgroup and Child Health Centre is a single-storey, red-roofed wooden building. It is surrounded by greenery and features a verandah with ramp access for step-free entry. Accessible car parking spaces are located nearby. A winding concrete path leads from the car park through an enclosed yard. Swings and play areas are positioned close to the building. The layout supports easy movement for prams and mobility aids.

Pilates Studio
The Pilates Studio is adjacent to Carnaby's Café, featuring a modern exterior with metal and glass elements. The entrance has manual outward-opening doors, leading to a boutique studio with swipe card access. Inside, the décor is lush and fresh, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
The studio is equipped with reformer machines, neatly arranged on wooden floors. Large windows allow natural light to flood in, enhancing the calm ambience. People are likely to engage in pilates sessions, focusing on fitness and relaxation. The atmosphere is serene and focused, with a sense of calm and concentration.
Dog Park
The dog park, accessed via Allen Street, overlooks the AFL football grounds. It features on-street parking with a single step from the road to the curbside. A double set of gates ensures a secure off-leash area for dogs. A smooth concrete path leads from the curbside into the park, with bench seating available. Dog waste bags and a rubbish bin are provided at the entrance.

Note: The Dog Park area is the only 'off the lead' area at EFCP, and it’s the responsibility of the owner to have complete control of their dog in this area.
