Cairns Basketball Association is located at Trinity Ford Stadium in Aumuller St, Manunda. The building has an industrial design and a spacious car park, including an accessible car parking space. To the left of the car park, an outward opening mesh gate leads to a narrow corridor. Inside, a small BBQ area is positioned on the left, with an admin office on the right.

Movable tables and chairs are arranged in the middle of the space. The stadium is surrounded by trees, and the distant mountains provide a scenic backdrop, adding a natural element to the setting.

Basketball Courts

From the entrance, turn right and enter through the inward-opening door. The first door on the right leads to Stadium 1, with another stadium across on the right. Continuing down the corridor, Daniel's Court is on the right. Accessible bathrooms are on the left, and further down, across to the right, is Stadium 4.

At the end of the lobby is Zaraffa's Court. All courts are large, open spaces with high industrial ceilings, large ceiling fans, fluorescent lighting, and polished timber floors. Seating is positioned along the walls at ground level for spectators. The atmosphere is echo-filled, typical of indoor basketball arenas.

Toilets & Showers

From the entrance, follow the long corridor, passing by the courts on the right. The first inward-opening door on the left leads to the female and accessible toilet, which includes four stalls, with the last one having an accessible toilet and grab bars. Further down the corridor, the next door opens to the female shower and changing room, equipped with multiple bathroom stalls.

The following door leads to the male shower room, and the last door is the male and accessible toilet, which is fitted with grab bars. The showers include accessibility features like grab bars and foldable seats.

Classroom

From the entrance gate, proceed along the corridor, passing the courts on the right and the bathrooms on the left. After the bathrooms, an outward-opening door on the left leads to a carpeted area with stairs equipped with handrails. At the top, another outward-opening door provides access to the classroom, a spacious carpeted room with tables, chairs, and air conditioning.

A lift is available for easier access. To use it, proceed through Zarraffa's Court, head to the left, and open the door to the lift. The classroom includes a quieter room with lower ceilings, creating a calmer environment.
