Arrival at Bribie Island Aquatic and Leisure Centre

You can spot a street light nearby, as well as two signs that probably look quite alike. The driveway is impeccably maintained, and the broken white lines along the road are clearly visible.
The carpark of Bribie Island Aquatic and Leisure Centre. It is located in the midst of lush, towering trees. On the right side, you'll find a number of cars parked in various directions. Navigating the pathway to the parking lot is a breeze, making it easy and convenient for visitors to access.

It feels incredibly spacious and well-organized. In the background, you can spot a building painted mostly in yellow, with a striking red front gate.

Two poles stand at the very entrance, creating a clear boundary between the outside world and the aquatic and leisure centre beyond.

Entry to Bribie Island Aquatic and Leisure Centre

Inside the building, there is a narrow breezeway that serves as a control point for guests entering and exiting. A black pool fence acts as a barrier, indicating that entry requires payment. To the right, there is a low reception counter with a small selection of retail items, such as swimming costumes and goggles. Attached to the reception area is a cozy little café that extends towards the right.
A beautiful fountain and a 25-meter pool in the area can be seen. There are clear signs reminding visitors to supervise their children and not to dive. The space feels open and expansive, with many trees surrounding the pool area. Everything is well-maintained, giving the place a modern and inviting look.
A clearer angle of the reception counter. The low reception counter is to the right and contains a small selection of retail items, including swimming costumes and goggles. A small café is attached to the reception and moves toward the right beyond the reception entry, which is called the poolside café.
From another angle, you can see the poolside cafe. Next to the metal poles, there are rubbish bins for convenience. At the front of the café, two white lobby tables are set up for guests to relax and enjoy. Just above the pool lobby tables, there are brown railings for safety. The place feels spacious, ensuring that all guests have their needs met.

Moving around Bribie Island Aquatic and Leisure Centre

Open-air 25-meter pool with eight lanes featuring ramp access for convenience. Additionally, there's a kids' leisure pool with fun water fountains, perfect for little ones to enjoy. Among the bushland, there's also a relaxing whirlpool. Inside the pool area, you'll notice mushroom-like statues in the water for children to play under.

There are signs reminding visitors that only lap swimming is allowed in this pool area. Surrounding the entire open-air aquatic area, you'll see tall trees, adding a natural and refreshing ambiance.
Taking another look at the wide swimming pool of the Bribie Island Aquatic and Leisure Centre, there are safety railings on the left side for added security. Each narrow area of the pool is equipped with metallic chairs for guests to relax. The presence of tall and huge trees on this side adds to the picturesque surroundings.

Heated Pool at Bribie Island Aquatic and Leisure Centre

The indoor heated pool at Bribie Island Aquatic and Leisure Centre. There is a small sign indicating that the pool is 1.2m deep. For safety, there are railings placed at the right corner of the pool, right where the main entryway is located. On top of the front door, there's a gallery clock, making it convenient to keep track of time while enjoying the pool.

There are safety railings are modern and thoughtfully positioned to provide support to the guests. The area is covered with curved, corrugated iron roof lines, adding a unique touch to the overall look of the space.

Accessible equipment at Bribie Island Aquatic and Leisure Centre

At the entrance, there is a designated area for people with disabilities to enter comfortably. The walls of the building are decorated with various signs and posters that are easy to spot. One specific wooden door has noticeable signage indicating it is for people with disabilities. Additionally, two spacious blue chairs are placed on either side of the main entrance door.
An accessible bathroom inside the Bribie Island Aquatic and Leisure Centre. The bathroom is equipped with a standard toilet and sink setup. Above the sink, there is a mirror positioned on the top right side. A trash bin is conveniently placed beside the toilet. There are also other essential items like a hand soap dispenser, toilet paper holder, and other necessary bathroom amenities.
The shower area inside the bathroom of the open-air aquatic area inside Bribie Island. The bathroom is larger than usual for a pool facility. The shower area stands out for its ample space and good upkeep. In the corner near the shower faucet, there is a small metallic chair available for use.
