Bellvista Meeting Place on Lomond Crescent is a single-storey building with a blend of timber and metal elements, situated in Canavan Gracie Recreational Park. It overlooks Bellvista Lake, providing calm views. The parking area is nearby, with designated accessible car parking spaces.
A step-free ramp leads to the entrance, which has inward-opening double glass doors. To the left of the entrance, a ramp with handrails offers additional access. Surrounding pathways are wide and lined with greenery, creating a seamless connection between the building and its natural surroundings.
Meeting Room
The Meeting Room at Bellvista Meeting Place is a spacious area with sliding glass windows and bi-fold doors that open to views of the surrounding greenery. On the left, there is a self-service kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and bins. The floor has a herringbone pattern, while the ceiling features recessed lighting and air conditioning vents.
Accessible toilets are also on the left, with blue tiled floors, a high ceiling, a toilet with grab bars, a change table, a hand basin, and mirrors. The room is bright and airy, with plenty of natural light streaming through the large windows.
The meeting room is a flexible and self service space, ideal for meetings, gatherings, or workshops.
Outside Deck
Bellvista Meeting Place has a timber deck overlooking a peaceful lake, shaded by a canopy and accessible via a ramp with handrails. The deck connects to the meeting room through outward-opening glass doors.
To the left, a timber deck with handrails leads to a spacious paved area with surrounding greenery. A toilet block is located next to the building. Accessible pathways lead to the deck, ensuring easy movement for all visitors. The deck is surrounded by lush greenery, creating a calm atmosphere. The venue is available for bookings from 6am to 10pm daily.
