Arrival at Aquaduck Gold Coast
Aquaduck Gold Coast departs from Circle On Cavill Shopping Centre, which features modern glass and concrete architecture. The area is busy, surrounded by shops and eateries. The Aquaduck check-in and departure point is clearly marked with a bright sign for easy identification.
Parking at Circle On Cavill is free for up to two hours with a validation ticket obtained from staff during check-in and scanned at the pay machine. The atmosphere is lively, with visitors checking in for the city and river tour, exploring nearby shops, or relaxing on benches.
Check-in & Ticket Office
The Aquaduck ticket and check-in area has a modern glass and metal façade with a sliding glass door for entry. Inside, the space is bright and features displays of hats and shirts for sale. The walls have large murals depicting aquatic adventures.

Around Town as a Truck
Aquaduck is an amphibious vehicle designed for both land and water tours. The vehicle's large windows offer clear views, enhancing the sightseeing experience. Life jackets are also available for safety.
During the tour, staff provides live commentary, sharing information about the Gold Coast. Guests will learn about Surfers Paradise’s history and landmarks along the esplanade, see one of the world’s most famous surf breaks, and pass cafes along Tedder Avenue before heading to Broadwater for the waterways cruise.
On the River as a Boat
As the vehicle transforms from a truck to a boat, the Gold Coast river cruise begins. The Aquaduck features a seating layout that allows more room to stand and move around once on the water, providing excellent views. Guests cruise past waterfront mansions, taking in the spectacular views of the Gold Coast canals, Broadwater, and local wildlife.
