Arrival by Train

AIRZONE Singapore is in City Square Mall on Kitchener Road. It is accessible by bus, train, and public or private transport. The entry from Farrer Park MRT station is a wide, tiled corridor with bright fluorescent lighting. Hard tiles on the floor and walls create an echo. Tactile paving on the floor guides visitors with vision impairment.

On the left, there is a dedicated priority entry. The main entrance has automatic sliding glass doors. Separate entry and exit points help with crowd flow.

Access is via either ramps or stairs, both with sturdy handrails. The area shifts from calm to busy as people commute, shop, or dine. Movement is steady throughout the day.

Arriving by Taxi & Ride Share

The Taxi and Ride Share drop-off area at City Square Mall on Level B1 allows for quick access. The drop-off zones have bright blue parking bay markings and are next to the automatic glass sliding door entrance. The space has glass and metal finishes, and the low ceiling creates an enclosed feel. 

Upon entering through the sliding glass doors, the escalators are directly ahead. To the right, a wide corridor leads to an elevator providing access to all levels, including AIRZONE on Level 2.  

The area is busy with people arriving, leaving, and accessing the mall. Movement is steady, with drop-offs, pickups, and shoppers entering. The environment is organised despite the constant flow of activity.

Underground Carpark B3

The underground car park on Level B3 has smooth concrete floors and bright lighting. Near the entrance, two accessible car parking spaces are marked with vibrant blue paint.  

To the right, automatic glass sliding doors lead to a food court filled with chatter and the aroma of various cuisines. Further inside, elevators provide access to upper levels, ensuring mobility for all.  

The space is active, with cars arriving and leaving. Escalators and elevators support steady movement. Visitors park, enter the mall, or dine, creating a lively but organised setting.

AIRZONE Reception & Safety Briefing

The AIRZONE reception is located in the North Atrium of Level 2 of City Square Mall.  The space is accessible via escalators and elevators from the car park, or the main entrance.  Visitors will proceed to this area for check in, exchange shoes and safety briefing. The area features nets and cables suspended from Level 2 to Level 6, with bright-coloured balls adding a playful touch. 

Access is via a clear pathway and there is an accessible restroom, equipped with grab bars located nearby. The atmosphere is lively and exciting, with people preparing to jump and bounce on the nets, creating a sense of anticipation and fun.

AIRZONE Playing & Bouncing

The AIRZONE playing area is a suspended space within the shopping mall that spans from Level 2 to 6. The environment has strong nets and colourful ball pits. The nets provide support and security for climbing, walking, and bouncing.  

There is a 3D Maze with two layers of netting, requiring crawling to navigate. There is also a floating ball pit that allows for jumping and splashing. Further ahead, a climbing section leads to the top level, reaching six storeys high. The climb is equal to four flights of stairs. The surface is soft and bouncy, adding to the challenge. A large slide offers a fast way down, completing the experience.

Accessibility features include wide net pathways and soft landings. Visitors are likely to engage in playful activities, feeling a mix of excitement and fun.
