Ticketing Office

The Airtrain ticketing is accessed through a commercial steel door from the skybridge. A blue schedule signage is attached to the front. An orange non-slip mat, safety reminders, and a safety cone are at the entrance. The ticket area is centrally located, surrounded by glass windows. Train Platform

The expansive platform has concrete flooring and aluminum structures providing substantial shading. Stainless steel bench seats are arranged under the roofing for waiting passengers. Truncated domes and safety warnings are on the floor. Stainless steel railings secure both sides of the platform. To the left, there's a large commercial building and a spacious car park. On the right is a wall with black prints. A yellow train is approaching the platform.

A closer look at the train reveals a yellow Translink-marked train on the right. The right side features a yellow wall with a blue "Domestic Station" sign and an adjacent safety reminder. Yellow lines and truncated domes are installed across the platform for safety. Beyond is a shaded seating area.
The accessible bathrooms are painted in dark grey. Three doors are marked for different genders, with the middle one indicating accessibility. Airtrain boarding is facilitated through a step-free entrance. Truncated domes are installed on the floor. The train has yellow doors marked with black stripes. Safety reminder stickers are affixed to the windows of the train.
Inside the train, cushioned printed chairs are arranged facing forward. Additional seats are positioned near the door for easier access. Blue posters bearing reminders to give priority to those in need are placed on both sides of the wall. Yellow handrails are strategically positioned. Additional green posters bearing emergency reminders are affixed near the door, including important train guidelines. LED lights, hand grabs, and CCTV cameras are installed on the ceiling.

The door is equipped with safety reminders to always keep the doorway clear and to mind the steps.
Airtrain boarding in and out is facilitated through a step-free entrance. A non-slippery mat is installed on the doorway. The train has yellow doors marked with black stripes. A sign advises passengers not to enter when the doors are closing. Safety reminder stickers are affixed to the windows of the train. Inside, the other door bears safety reminders, and there are yellow handrails strategically positioned.
