GENERAL ACCESS

• Offer a range of contact methods for receiving complaints and discussing feedback regarding accessibility issues/barriers.
• Ask all visitors if there are any specific needs to be met
• Website meets WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards (https://www.w3.org/WAI/standards-guidelines/wcag/)
