The nearby council-managed car park offers paid parking, with both a ramp and stairs with handrails leading to the hotel’s entrance, accessible through an outward-opening glass door. Visitors are often seen shopping, socialising, or relaxing, creating an energetic and vibrant atmosphere.
Reception
The reception area has a modern, elegant design featuring large white tiles and high ceilings. A mezzanine level adds spaciousness, while decorative lights enhance the elegance. Directly ahead, couches offer seating for guests.
Further in, the reception desk with an intricate front design is positioned to the right. In the centre, an elevator provides easy access to upper floors, and a staircase with handrails is on the left. The environment is calm and welcoming, encouraging guests to check in, relax on the couches, or wait for the lift.
Accessible Room
Bedrooms with enhanced accessibility are available on both levels at the Heart Hotel, featuring a modern, accessible layout with step-free access to rooms, bathrooms, and balconies. A carpeted hallway leads to each room through an inward-opening wooden door.
Each room has a queen-sized bed and large windows offering ocean views. Bathrooms include grab rails for support, ensuring easy movement and comfort. The space is calm and inviting, designed for relaxation. Guests can enjoy views from the balcony or unwind in the comfortable interior, creating an ideal retreat.
King Room
The King Room at Heart Hotel is accessible via an inward opening wooden door. On the left is a spacious king bed for comfort and rest. To the right, there is an enclosed shower and a separate bathtub accessible via a step, ensuring a luxurious bathing experience. Nearby, a coffee maker and an adjustable chair invite relaxation, making the room ideal for unwinding.

The ground floor of Heart Hotel features multiple dining options. A ramp with handrails provides access to the main restaurant, which serves locally inspired cuisine and offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The Deck Pizza Café, located on the sidewalk, offers fire-baked pizzas for dine-in or takeaway alongside St Ali coffee.
