The bright lights and sounds from the nearby gaming lounge add a lively atmosphere. There are ramps and handrails for easy navigation to a lower seating area. There are bathrooms, including an accessible toilet with grab bars and a baby change station located at the right of the cafe counter.

The central bar area is a lively and inviting space with a modern design featuring a mix of glass and tile elements. The bar is the focal point, surrounded by high stools and tables both inside and outside. Access from the reception area is facilitated by three steps or a ramp.

The architecture is modern, featuring a sloping roofline and tall lighting towers that create a distinct silhouette. On the right of the stairs, an accessible bathroom includes a toilet with grab bars, hand basin, and a baby changing station.

The Arena features a modern steel structure with a wide, sloping ramp with handrails for step-free access. The roof provides ample shade, ensuring a comfortable viewing experience. Large glass windows allow natural light and a view of the sporting field. Both of these rooms have external outward opening, solid wood doors to the top floor landing of the building. The atmosphere is calm and professional, suited for conferences and meetings.
