Half Moon Bay Golf Club Visual Story
Arrival & Pro Shop
Half Moon Bay Golf Club is a low-set white building on Wattle Street and offers a tight par 70 all-weather course with accessible car parking spaces close to the entrance. From the parking area, turn right and pass through a corridor lined with wooden lattice panels on the left and a white brick wall on the right.
On the right, there is a male toilet followed by a female toilet. Continue straight, turn left at the end, then turn right. The dining area is on the left, and a café counter is on the right. At the end is an inward-opening glass door leading to the Pro Shop. The Pro Shop offers golf equipment and accessories, with ample space and an accessible ramp.
Clubhouse
The entrance to the Clubhouse is through an outward-opening glass door. On the left is the reception window. Continuing through the lobby, shelves on the left hold trophies and club achievements, followed by another shelf filled with books. The next door on the left leads to the male and accessible bathroom, equipped with a toilet with grab bars, sink, and mirror.
Moving ahead, there is a small counter with tables and chairs. To the right is a sliding glass door that opens to a covered patio. Another door to the right leads to the indoor golf simulation area, which has a synthetic grass floor and a large projection screen. The hallway is lined with display boards showing the names of club members and achievements.
Tee 1 and 10
This section of the golf course features the starting point for Holes 1 and 10, with signs displaying hole details. From the parking area, turn left and follow the concrete corridor, then turn left again at the end to reach the covered patio. The patio is also accessible from the Clubhouse.
The area is surrounded by lush greenery and well-maintained gardens. Paved pathways ensure easy access, with clear signage for events and scorecards throughout the area.
Driving Range & Practice Tee & Nets
To access the practice tee and nets from the parking area, follow the concrete and pebbled pathway. Turn right onto a slightly inclined concrete path to reach the practice tee. The pathway is well-maintained, surrounded by greenery and tall trees, offering shade.
The area is quiet with a mix of paved and gravel paths. Open grassy spaces are dotted with trees and bushes, creating a peaceful setting. The smooth pathways enhance accessibility, though some areas may have uneven surfaces due to the gravel.
